Pure Grown Diamonds is a leading US-based Lab-grown diamond brand with its sister concern having a ‘Diamond Growing Greenhouse’ in Singapore. The environment friendly and conflict free nature of diamonds this retailer sells made it bag the Eco-Excellence Award in the Most Socially Responsible category in 2015. The award was presented by a panel of celebrity judges and members of the Natural Child World’s Mom Lab.
With the intention to grow and strategically position its brand, Pure Grown Diamonds has recently announced the addition of two industry experts to their management team. The addition would give support to the ongoing strategy of providing excellent service to the retailer’s partners and would also promote leadership of Pure Grown Diamonds in the Lab-grown diamond industry.
Pure Grown Diamond has hired Kelly Good as the Director of Marketing and Debbie Hass as the Director of Training to its team. Before joining Pure Grown Diamonds, Kelly was the Director of Brand Management at Scott Kay. She comes with an experience of 20 years of marketing and brand management in luxury and fine jewelry companies. At Scott Kay, Kelly drove the major re-launch of the brand. Before that she was the Global Brand Manager and Vice President of Marketing at high-end eyewear company Safio USA and Movado respectively.
Debbie Hass who has been appointed as the Director of Training comes with a 35 years of experience as a developer, planner and negotiator of training programs who also delivers those training programs. She also writes informative articles for product education and has ran a consulting business previously helping various companies and organisations. She was also Director of Sales Training at Lazare Kaplan International and Global trainer for Heart’s on Fire as well as a training specialist for Forevermark. Her experience would add value in supporting and educating Pure Grown Diamond’s retail partners on the brand.
